Per azienda del settore tessile - abbigliamento sportivo ricerchiamo una figura di Product Manager, che andrà a rispondere al Product Director e avrà la responsabilità del coordinamento dell’ufficio prodotto.
**Principali responsabilità**:
- briefing giornaliero con le addette dell’ufficio prodotto (modelliste, prototipiste) assicurando un corretto flusso di informazioni ed input per garantire la continuità del flusso di lavoro;
- sviluppo nuovi prodotti su specifiche clienti (aspetto, caratteristiche tecniche, certificazioni, target di prezzo: ricerca del fornitore più adatto, sviluppo del prodotto), garantendo il rispetto di eventuali target di prezzo richiesti;
- gestione dei processi di certificazione dei prodotti sviluppati eventualmente richiesti dai clienti;
- definizione delle proprietà di ogni modellista per garantire il rispetto dei tempi di consegna dei prototipi;
- avviamento della produzione: codifica anagráfica del prodotto, definizione della scheda técnica, definizione degli accordi commerciali (prezzi, condizioni, tempistiche), in collaborazione con Ufficio Produzione per l’avvio dei processi produttivi;
- allineamento con il responsabile creativo e commerciale sui progetti e prospect da processare;
- coordinamento delle modelliste per la creazione, modifica e aggiornamento delle schede tecniche.
**Competenze ed esperienza**:
- esperienza pregressa nel ruolo e nel settore di almeno 5-10 anni;
- conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
- disponibilità a viaggi e trasferte in Italia e all’estero.
