Bioanalytical Scientist

Philogen S.p.A. is a biotechnology company whose mission is the development of targeting products for the imaging and therapy of life-threatening diseases with a strategic focus on cancer diseases.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Perform bioanalytical testing in preclinical and clinical framework and support method development using mass spectrometry and ligand binding assays
- Ensure accurate data analysis, reporting, and documentation
- Contribute to maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards
- Work closely with colleagues across functions to achieve project goals

**What we are looking for**:

- At least Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in **Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry**:

- Hands-on experience with **quantitative mass spectrometry techniques**:

- Previous exposure to **regulated environments (GLP)** is a strong advantage

- Strong foundation in analytical chemistry
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and common laboratory software
- Good written and spoken English
