**Descrizione della mansione**

Siamo alla ricerca di una persona che sarà responsabile del supporto alle attività di servizio al cliente quali accoglienza, check-in check-out e gestione delle prenotazioni durante il turno notturno.

Le tue funzioni principali saranno:

- Salutare gli ospiti all'arrivo.
- Svolgere compiti di servizio di front desk.
- Assegnazione camere e rilascio chiavi.
- Trasferimento delle chiamate secondo necessità.
- Svolgimento di compiti amministrativi ad hoc.
- Rispettare tutte le politiche e procedure di sicurezza.

**Requirements**:

- Almeno 1 anno di esperienza come assistente alla reception.
- L'esperienza pregresso all'interno di un Resort 5* sarà considerata un plus.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2/C1).
- Conoscenza della lingua francese (B1/B2).
- La conoscenza della lingua tedesca sarà considerata un plus.
- Idoneità al lavoro notturno.
