**Mission**:
Bulgari SPA within it's Business Controlling Department based in Rome, is looking for a Business Analyst and Controlling to actively and constantly support the company in setting and achieving the business goals, steering the planning process, monitoring the business and the organization performance, providing constructive feedback and corrective actions through an effective reporting system and in close relationship with all business functions.

Responsabilità del lavoro

**Main accountabilities**:

- Support the definition of 3YP projections, yearly budget and its relevant revisions.
- Act as a Business Partner for Sales & Retail VP, CMO and related central and local teams.
- Perform Profit & Loss monthly analysis, with focus on overall Revenue and Advertising & Promotion spending, together with the Holding and Commercial legal entities costs.
- Regularly perform Profitability Analysis by Area of Responsibility and by Store.
- Perform A&P spending analysis by project providing the relevant stakeholders with a clear understanding of the spending and related ROI both through recommendation approval process and actual monitoring.
- Highlight main variation vs Budget/Revisions and vs PY and propose indicated actions to ensure achievement of targets and support decision making.
- Provide adequate documentation to the External Auditors during statutory closures.
- Contribute to the implementation of standard reporting methodologies and business performance analysis, ensuring consistent information.
- Manage controlling dimensions (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Marketing Initiatives, Area of Responsibilities, ) to ensure effective analysis.

Profilo

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in controlling
- Extensive product knowledge of luxury brands in local market, and specific knowledge in Jewelry and watch is a plus
- Budget and reporting techniques
- Accounting principles and procedures
- IT Applications (Office, etc)
- Business Awareness and Agility, Entrepreneurial spirit
