Bars & Restaurant Manager

Summary Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is looking for a brilliant Bars & Restaurant, Manager. Join us in our wonderful F&B outlets on Murano island starting from the Osteriva Restaurant, letting yourself be involved in the atmosphere of the Venetian aperitif at the Rivalonga Bar or experience the world of the Spritz & Fizz Bar. The Bars & Restaurant, Manager reports to the General Manager to ensure that the outlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable. He/she has a natural flair for lifestyle hospitality and strong communicational skills. The role involves actively up selling to each guest at each correct opportunity to maximize revenue and works to achieve personal and team related revenue and service goals. He/she will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful. This position will also require the ability to act as a roving manager as needed in other areas of operation to accommodate scheduling needs.
