Purpose: Manage the control activity related to technical and industrial groups, supporting in the preparation of plans/budget, defining the main KPIs and analyzing and evaluating the related trends. Main Activities: Analyze the economic management indicators and cooperate in the management of control activities of the Central Overheads and in the formulation/review of plans and the plant budget on the basis of defined methods and criteria. Provide support for preparation of balances at the cost/responsibility centre level and of the plant, identifying budgetary shifts. Cooperate for registration of all the administrative facts for the plant and conserve the documents and account records in conformity with the economic and fiscal laws.
