**HOUSEKEEPING INTERN**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the HSK Manager in planning organizing, directing and controlling all housekeeping activities
- Help in maintaining the established standards of cleanliness, orderliness and attractive condition of rooms, floors and pantries
- Support the Executive Housekeeper & Quality Manager in the administration of Quality Reports and Files.
- Check the daily Room Occupancy Forecast, Room Report on room and guest occupancies
- In collaboration with the Engineering department, support the HSK Manager in the ordinary back office and/or operational activities of the department
- Ensure that periodical cleaning programs are followed up and stick to schedule
- Be well informed of all emergency exits and in the hotel premise and the guided Emergency Procedures

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE**
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong working computer technical skills including typing, Excel and Word
- Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure
