All’interno dell’area Amministrazione Finanza e controllo avrai l’opportunità di affiancare il team dedicato alla gestione del ciclo attivo, contribuendo alle attività amministrative e contabili legate ai clienti. Lo stage ti permetterà di acquisire competenze pratiche nell’ambito della fatturazione, della registrazione dei ricavi e della gestione documentale.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?

- Supportare nell’emissione delle fatture attive verso clienti nazionali e internazionali.
- Collaborare alla contabilizzazione dei ricavi secondo i principi contabili applicabili.
- Verificare la correttezza dei dati inseriti e la conformità alle procedure aziendali.
- Gestire la documentazione amministrativa relativa al ciclo attivo.
- Interagire con le funzioni interne coinvolte nel processo (es. commerciale, project management) per garantire una corretta gestione delle attività.

Qualifiche e competenze richieste:

- Laurea triennale/magistrale in Economia, Finanza o discipline affini (anche studenti prossimi alla laurea).
- Conoscenza di base dei principi contabili e dei processi di reporting.
- Ottima padronanza di Excel e strumenti Office;
- Capacità analitiche, attenzione al dettaglio e predisposizione al lavoro in team.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
