**HR Specialist - Payroll and Administration (M/F/d)**: full time - unlimited

**Your Tasks**:
**Objectives**
The HR Specialist (M/F/d) is responsible for managing the payroll and administrative HR actives.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently and that employees receive adequate and accurate HR-related support.
You will also support the HR Manager in in a wide range of HR activities for JUWI's Italian office and get involved in international HR projects.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Ensure the correct preparation of the monthly payroll in close cooperation with the external service provider
- Perform a high level of the HR Administration activities collaborating with Labor Consultant
- Prepare the offers and contracts as per the local law and regulations
- Ensure all Employees have valid documents, initiate renewal process and compliance with regulations
- Provide general HR Administrative and operative assistance to the HR Manager
- Manage the Holiday Plan for all the employee to ensure it is in line with the internal policies and external regulations
- Ensure that the organization is compliant with company employment policies and government regulations
- Support the HR Manager in the recruitment and selection process
- Organize training courses bases on the training needs for all the employees
- Ensure that the organization is compliant with company employment policies and government regulations

**Your Profile**:
**Qualifications, Experience and Personal Attributes**
- At least 2 years’ experience as HR Specialist / Administrator n international environment preferred;
- Bachelor's degree or related HR qualification
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Ability to communicate in English
