Description of the department:
Devise an effective marketing implementation strategy to promote AXA IM’s full range of investment solutions in the local channels

Work with Client Group colleagues to implement this strategy within agreed budgets and timescales.

Ensure all plans and execution meet with brand, regulatory, compliance, TCF and financial requirements.

Marketing initiatives as appropriate, in conjunction with the local Head of Client Marketing.

Contribute to the broader debate about AXA IM’s local positioning and strategy.

Contribute to effective day-to-day operation of the Sales team, eg by contributing to weekly and monthly meetings

The main responsibilities of the role:
Support the Marketing department of AXA IM by performing various support tasks, such as helping in the organization of events, seminars and conferences, dealing with providers of marketing material, preparing documentation and presentation materials, supporting external communication, database management, proofreading marketing documentation and translations, writing simple texts for marketing documentation, contribution to maintenance of the Italian website, helping with the logistics of the Italian team, etc.

**Your Profile** Share you unique expertise**:
Education qualifications: University degree or similar- Technical skills: Marketing or Financial studies; Understanding of Macro ecomomics and Finacial markets; Excellent written and verbal language skills in Italian and English; Good written and spoken skills tailoring messages for different clients
- Key Competencies:
Team orientation - take an interest in and contribute to the work of the team, and liaise where appropriate with other groups

Excellent communication skills (diplomacy, tact combined with goal orientation)

Ability to work with different cultures and languages;

Strong client and service orientation, good interpersonal skills at all levels

Ability to work under pressure whilst producing quality work, time management skills

Self-driven, motivated, goal oriented and happy to take full responsibility for actions
- Languages required: Italian, English
- Any skills or experience which are desirable but not necessary: Training courses related to marketing; Having studied or lived abroad
