**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Ausarbeitung und Implementierung einer nachhaltigen **internationalen Advocacy-Strategie** gemeinsam mit HLT sowie die Ausweitung der nationalen und europäischen Advocacy-Aktivitäten.
- **Marketing
- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit** für die HLT-Reiseprogramme, insbesondere auf dem deutschsprachigen Markt. Dazu gehört auch die Teilnahme an u.a. Tourismusmessen und Kirchentagen in Deutschland.
- Unterstützung bei der strategischen und konzeptionellen **Entwicklung von Projekten und Programmen** sowie deren Begleitung und Auswertung (HLT Vortragreisen, Workshops, Seminare).
- Aufbau von **strategischen Partnerschaften**, Stakeholder Mapping und Networking.
- Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße **Verausgabung und Verwaltung der Finanzmittel** vor Ort entsprechend der Geberrichtlinien und der Vorgaben von AGIAMONDO. Dabei arbeiten Sie partnerschaftlich mit HLT zusammen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben ein **abgeschlossenes Studium** z. B. Sozialwissenschaften, Kommunikation, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Marketing, Nahoststudien oder ein anderes relevantes Fach.
- Sie können mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich **Advocacy** oder **Marketing** (Employer Branding) für NGOs oder im privaten Sektor nachweisen.
- Sie verfügen über **sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten**, haben Freude am Networking und öffentlichen Auftritten. Eine Ausbildung in Moderation ist ein Plus.
- Sie verstehen den **israelisch-palästinensischen Konflikt** und kennen die beteiligten Akteure.
- Sie sprechen **verhandlungssicher Englisch** und **sehr gut Deutsch**. Eine weitere europäische Sprache ist ein Plus (Französisch, Spanisch). Zudem besitzen Sie einen **Kfz-Führerschein**.
- Sie sind EU-Bürger*in oder Schweizer*in und identifizieren sich als Mitglied einer christlichen Kirche mit den Zielen und Anliegen kirchlicher Entwicklungs
- und Friedensarbeit.
