**About the Role**

We are creating new Regional Community Referred Radiology (CRR) hubs, located in each Region, to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of the new CRR programme. We are looking for General Practitioner Radiology Liaison Community Referred Radiology (GPRL) Regional Leads.

These roles sit at a regional level, and you will work alongside the other Regional Leads within their respective region. You will provide regional oversight of Primary Care Radiology Liaisons (PCRL) and work collaboratively and closely with their own Regional Radiology Networks.

The roles are 0.3FTE (12 hours per week), on a fixed-term basis until project completion, expected mid-2026.

**About the Team & Service**

The Community Referred Radiology (CRR) programme is being developed and implemented throughout New Zealand, to support longer term changes to how community imaging is being delivered. The CRR programme is referenced against three of the five Health New Zealand health targets in the Health Targets Implementation Plan.

**About you**

You will be a General Practitioner with experience supporting and educating other healthcare providers; and developing relationships with other clinicians, non-clinical colleagues and organisations.

You will have:

- MBChB or similar medical qualification, with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Minimum 5 years current or previous primary and/or urgent care clinical practice in the NZ public health system
- Demonstrated experience with clinical auditing and/or other quality improvement focused work
- Experience as a change leader, demonstrating the capacity to respectfully challenge status quo and continuously improve processes and outcomes
