Hobson Prior are currently seeking a MSL to join a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in the south of Italy. Our client is focused on discovering the correct remedies for people suffering from serious illnesses.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will act as a medical resource for medical and sales training on an internal basis.
- You will attend pertinent scientific meetings and seminars and assist in the evolvement of briefs of crucial data, presentations or conference.
- Guarantee conformity with suitable regional and international laws, guidelines, regulations, and company protocols and processes.
- Evolve and sustain scientific and medical expertise such as in orphan diseases areas.
- You will enable scientific assignation, exchange and medical information.
- Offer disease state training, clinical presentations, as well as reply to medical requests.
- Keep the medical team and any other shareholders on an internal basis up to date on medical society exchanges.
- Assist in the development, execution and accomplishment of medical actions, such as advisory boards, congress symposia, hospital meetings and speaker curricula.
- Handle KOL assignation, crucial account medical assistance, training, and any other suitable actions.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to an advanced degree level in a medical discipline such as pharmacy, nursing, chemistry, biology or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience within clinical practice, research, or pharmaceutical medical affairs in nephrology, rheumatology, or autoimmune disease.
- At least 5 years of experience within a pharma organisation and healthcare compliance needs regionally and internationally.
- Experience within KOL, HCP or medical society assignation.
- Fluency in the English and local language.
- Familiarity with public scientific presentations.
- Capable of doing overnight travels for business needs, up to 50% of the time.
- At least 3 years of experience in an MSL/Field medical role within a pharmaceutical organisation.
- Exhibited the ability to handle KOL assignation.
- Acquaintance with clinical research and trained in GCP.
- Prior involvement with literature review and assessment.
- Familiarity with preparing and distributing medical trainings.
- Communication skills both verbally and written.
