**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The overall scope of the F&B intern is to assist the F&B department and its staff in day-to-day operations in the different outlets, obtaining a relevant knowledge of the specific department.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Report to duty punctually wearing the correct uniform, clean and well pressed
- Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organised at all times
- Provide a courteous, professional and efficient service at the restaurant and at both bars, including, but not limited to: serving any requested food or beverage item, cleaning tables and perform the correct set up of all mise-en-place and side stations, fulfilling all instructions given by supervisors
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the F&B department
- Draft and print menus
- Draft and print leaflets and handouts for events/banquets
- handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and feedback to supervisors
- Day-to-day operational and administrative work

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in a dynamic team
- Master or Bachelor Degrees in F&B related areas
