Marni Group sta ricercando per l'Head Quarter di Milano, una figura da inserire all’interno dell’Ufficio Legale. **Principali aree di responsabilità’**: - Redazione di contrattualistica nazionale ed internazionale relativa alle seguenti aree: - Wholasale (i.e. contrattualistica relativa alla distribuzione commerciale, ovvero: agenzia, franchising e distribuzione); - Retail: (i.e. contrattualista relativa al real estate, ovvero locazioni commerciali, affitto di ramo d’azienda, concession, shop in shop); - Communication: (i.e. contrattualistica relativa alla formalizzazione degli eventi comunicazione, ovvero: contratti con agenzie di modelle, fotografo, stylist); - Ufficio Stile: (i.e. contrattualistica nell’ambito co-branding e licenza); - Supporto nella gestione della segreteria societaria italiana (i.e. convocazioni, redazione di verbali assembleari e consigli di amministrazione, procure e deleghe) e supporto nella gestione della segreteria societaria estera; - Gestione dell’archivio e dello scadenziario di tutti i contratti gestiti dall’ufficio legale; - Supporto nell’ambito di eventuali operazioni straordinarie. **Competenze richieste**: - Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza; l’abilitazione all’esercizio della professione forense costituisce titolo preferenziale; - Esperienza maturata presso l’ufficio legale di aziende (almeno 24 mesi di esperienza pregressa); - Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata, compreso l’inglese giuridico (requisito imprescindibile). Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di un’ulteriore lingua straniera; - Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) - Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli; - Carattere propositivo, orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e tenacia per l’espletamento degli incarichi affidati; - Capacità relazionali, organizzative e attitudine al team-working; - Flessibilità, dinamismo, capacità di persuasione e di problem-solving.
