**JOB OBJECTIVE**

Il Maintenance technician ha la responsabilità per le attività di Manutenzione ed Esercizio (oltre ad eventuali attività di tuning/completamento di Installazione, Collaudo) dei Sistemi Integrati di Telecomunicazioni, Comunicazione e Sicurezza per tutti i Progetti del dominio di appartenenza.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Il Maintenance Technician sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:

- Corretta esecuzione delle Service Request presentate dal Cliente.
- Risoluzione delle anomalie sui sistemi in manutenzione e dell’implementazione delle soluzioni e dei test in campo sui singoli sottosistemi.
- Tuning dei sottosistemi e messa a punto degli impianti in manutenzione nella loro interezza.
- Verifica della consistenza ed integrità tra tutti i sottosistemi.
- Accertamento della stabilità dell’integrazione, dell’interfacciamento tecnico e la funzionalità nel tempo di tutti i sottosistemi e del sistema nel suo complesso.
- Supervisione delle attività di collaudo e le attività di campo oltre che le attività tecniche dei subcontractor e coordinamento dei test con il Cliente.
- Spiccata attitudine ad eseguire attività principalmente in trasferta sul territorio italiano.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma in, Elettronica o Informatica o esperienza equivalente
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Esperienza Base nella gestione e verifica dei requisiti contrattuali in progetti di reti di telecomunicazioni e sicurezza.
- Capacità di interfacciarsi con stakeholders interni ed esterni.
- Conoscenza delle problematiche sistemistiche e d’integrazione fra reti di telecomunicazione e reti di supervisione/controllo. Sistemi di gestione centralizzato. Reti e sistemi di monitoraggio.
- Reti in fibra ottica (cavi in fibra ottica, metodi di misura e test, )
- SDH su fibra ottica (apparati ADM, sistema di gestione, tecniche di progettazione)
- Tecnologia trasmissiva Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM)
- IP Switching and routing, Reti Giga - Ethernet
- Next Generation Networks (elementi costituenti, protocolli, filosofia di progetto, GMPLS, ecc.)
- Protocolli per QoS e traffic engineering (MPLS, VPLS, Diffserv, Intserv, ecc.)
- Voice over IP
- IP TV, Triple play e tecnologia IMS
- Virtual Private Networks
- Reti di PABX, Reti LAN/WAN, CCTV, Intrusion and Alarm System
- Public Information System,Passenger Information System
- Comunicazioni radio (GSM, TETRA, WiFi, WiMax)
- Sistemi di gestione centralizzati (Operation Control System)
- Emergency Call Box, uso dei principali tools MS Office o equivalenti.
