**What you’ll do**:

- You will support the Retail IT Demand Manager who supervises, coordinates and dispatches all the related IT requests, processes and manages related IT cross-functional projects within the Retail Business Unit;
- You will support the management of complex projects and related teams which are spread over highly cross-functional and cross-Business Unit;
- You will organize periodic meetings on the status of the project and manage the communication towards both the Business and IT. You have to put into practie a keen monitoring of assigned projects, and high focus on project times, favoring collaboration between the various stakeholders;
- You will support the business in the collection of requirements (including flow charts) from different company areas with the ability to prioritize needs towards the different factories.

**Who you are**:

- You have a degree in Engineering, Economics or similar;
- You have at least one year of experience in the governance of complex, cross-functional and cross-business Unit User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with prioritization of bugs towards the various factories and with a high focus on UAT management times;
- You have excellent organizational skills, group time management, ability to listen, leadership, proactivity, keenness to work in large teams, good negotiation and problem solving skills, strong results orientation;
- You have excellent knowledge of the Office package;
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
**Preferably you also have**:

- Budgeting, cost management and cost accounting;
- Good knowledge of Knowledge of Jira/ServiceNow.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: Fino a €1.700,00 al mese
