**Responsabilità**:

- **Sviluppo del Business**: Identificare, mirare e costruire relazioni con nuovi e attuali clienti nel settore MICE per generare nuove opportunità di business e vendite.
- **Strategia di Vendita**: Sviluppare e implementare una strategia di vendita completa per il business MICE, assicurando che gli obiettivi vengano raggiunti e superati sia a breve che a lungo termine.
- **Gestione delle Relazioni con i Clienti**: Coltivare e mantenere relazioni solide con i clienti chiave, offrendo soluzioni personalizzate per soddisfare le loro specifiche esigenze MICE.
- **Coordinamento Eventi**: Collaborare strettamente con i team operativi per garantire l'esecuzione senza intoppi di conferenze, riunioni, incentivi ed eventi aziendali.
- **Sviluppo delle Proposte**: Preparare e presentare proposte e presentazioni personalizzate per i clienti MICE, allineandole alle loro esigenze e obiettivi.
- **Analisi di Mercato**: Monitorare costantemente le tendenze del settore, i concorrenti e le richieste del mercato per adattare le tattiche di vendita e la strategia di conseguenza.
- **Gestione del Budget**: Garantire che le vendite e i budget siano allineati agli obiettivi finanziari, offrendo prezzi competitivi e massimizzando la redditività.
- **Negoziazione**: Guidare le trattative con i clienti riguardo a prezzi, termini e accordi, garantendo un risultato positivo e vantaggioso per entrambe le parti.
- **Reportistica**: Monitorare e riferire sulle performance di vendita, il feedback dei clienti e le attività di sviluppo del business alla direzione senior.
- **Networking**: Rappresentare l'azienda durante eventi del settore, fiere e opportunità di networking per promuovere ulteriormente i servizi MICE dell'azienda.

**Requisiti**
- Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza nelle vendite, preferibilmente nel settore MICE o nell'industria dell'ospitalità.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta, con la capacità di presentare e negoziare efficacemente con i clienti a tutti i livelli.
- Eccezionali capacità di gestione del tempo e organizzative, con la capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente.
- Un atteggiamento orientato al cliente con una comprovata capacità di sviluppare e mantenere solide relazioni commerciali.
