Tailor&Fox - your HR Business Partner - per azienda cliente attiva nel settore del fotovoltaico - per il potenziamento della propria struttura interna, ci ha incaricato di ricercare il seguente profilo professionale:
**GRID MANAGER**
**Posizione**:
La figura sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:
- Supervisionare e dirigere i progetti di costruzione dall'ideazione al completamento.
- Stabilire gli standard tecnici del progetto attraverso la redazione della documentazione contrattuale, specifiche tecniche e capitolati tecnici.
- Redigere gli elaborati specifici di progetto quali diagrammi unifilari e garantire la redazione delle relazioni di calcolo, comprensive di rete di terra.
- Elaborare il dimensionamento delle reti AT/MT/BT, il collegamento con gli apparati del grid operator di riferimento del progetto, il dimensionamento e coordinamento delle protezioni.
- Interfacciarsi con i fornitori tramite la preparazione delle RdO.
- Pianificare in anticipo per prevenire problemi e risolvere quelli emergenti.
- Organizzare gli incontri di aggiornamento periodici con i membri della squadra per valutare l’avanzamento di ogni progetto, preparare rapporti sui progressi, sullo sviluppo del lavoro e su ogni eventuale modifica al programma originale.
- Assistere il Project Manager affiche le attività di cantiere siano svolte secondo le indicazioni progettuali ed i requisiti normativi.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in ingegneria elettrica/elettronica.
- Conoscenza delle lingua inglese.
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e di Autocad.
- Comprovata esperienza lavorativa nella gestione di progetti elettromeccanici (in ruolo simile per almeno 3 anni ed esperienza di lavoro in cantieri solari w/o eolici e/o idroelettrici).
- Conoscenza della normativa elettrica/elettronica e delle best practices di riferimento.
- Conoscenza di processi, mezzi e metodi di gestione delle reti elettriche AT/MT e di comunicazione.
- Flessibilità e capacità di gestione delle tempistiche.
