**Customer Service Coordinator**
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the Customer Service team. The Customer Service Coordinator will support the Customer Service Manager in managing the team and activities.
- Main activities:_
- Directly managing communications with customers and supporting the team to resolve various issues
- Operational management of the back office
- Supporting the CS Manager
- Support in managing relationships with external/internal warehouse/suppliers as part of the daily workflow
- Mentoring of new resources
- GDPR Management
- Requirements:_
- Spoken and written knowledge of Italian and English (C2)
- Other languages are a plus
- At least 3 years prior experience as Customer Service Coordinator
- Leadership, proactivity and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage work peaks and prioritize tasks
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Full-time employment with a commercial contract
Work week: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m
