**Overview**:

- Corporate Procedural Systems Specialist

The person will join the Global Finance Department based at Menarini HQ in Florence and will report to the Corporate Procedure Systems Manager.

**Main Activities & Responsibilities**:

- Support the Menarini Group departments, at Italian and Global level, in process analysis, in order to:

- design and implement new Procedures and Standards;
- support the identification of solutions to increase process effectiveness and efficiency;
- address compliance requirements.
- Analyze, keep track and ensure that projects’ deliverables are fulfilled and implemented on time;
- Maintain the Group Process Framework updated;
- Update the Menarini Intranet regarding the new Procedures;
- Provide support to the Corporate Procedural Systems Manager in the daily interactions with the internal stakeholders;
- Support the Corporate Procedural Systems Manager in presentations, reporting to the top management about the results achieved, proposals and decisions to address.

**Job Requirements**:

- Education: Master degree in Management, Finance and Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent;
- Fluent written and spoken English and Italian is mandatory;
- Experience in consulting companies and in process transformation projects is appreciated.
- Proactive, flexible as well as excellent analytical and writing skills;
- Consultative listening skills to drive deep, understanding of business issues and simplify complex issues;
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment;
- Good communication style, ability to simplify messaging;
- Good/very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) and G-Suite. Other tools (es. Smartsheet, Docusign) can be considered as a plus.
