**Digital Education & Pro Community Specialist - Skin Care**:
JOB MISSION

The mission is to manage and promote the On-line Education Academy, promote and animate the growth of our Professional Brand Ambassador Community at Global and Local level, guarantee the International Education organization efficacy and a great experience during international training and brand events, ensure the quality and effectiveness of special communication projects in line with company standards and its sustainable values.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy & Operational management of the On-line Education Academy: create and update content, support users customer care, support countries and local countries in their adoption/use of the platform (6 different platforms), create specific platform for key top clients, technical management,
- Management and implementation of Professional Brand Ambassador project: certification management, engagement projects structure and implementation: social media content/product testing/market research/special global and local projects (existing) creation of new projects (sustainability certification/recertification/registration and rewards)
- Operational Support to the Global and International Education Department for Education Events management
- Primary contact person for guests and visits to the Davines Group Village for Education events and activities Collaboration with Marketing Team for the creation of materials, educational videos and necessary tools
- Back office administrative functions (processing payments, printing training materials).

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree in Marketing/Trade marketing
- Have a high level of independence and proactive mindset;
- Be able to manage a range of simultaneous activities in a dynamic environment, working with deadlines and on multiple tasks;
- Be a great team-player;
- Have a strong problem solving attitude and with a flexible outlook
- Fluent in English and Italian;
