Aptuit, an Evotec company, is a worldwide Contract Research Organization, collaborating with all the major Pharma and Biotech companies in support of various drug discovery and development projects. To efficiently support ongoing activities and needs, we are looking for a highly motivated Drug Product Manufacturing Project Leader for a permanent position. The Project Leader will deal with Process Transfer and Clinical Batch Manufacturing tasks, and he/she must have a background in solid oral formulation production and strong focus on GMP compliance aspects.

He /she will participate to the achievement of the Clinical Manufacturing goals, being a main reference technical contact with Clients. The Project Leader tightly cooperates mainly with the formulation group for the process transfer activities, and he/she will be part of extended multidisciplinary teams in managing the projects activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead as technical representative on project teams for Clinical Manufacturing discipline for the assigned projects working in a matrix environment with the other departments involved in the project execution.
- Support operational team for manufacturing campaigns completion meeting timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare and/or Support the preparation of Work Orders.
- Plan, compile and review the batch documentations, manufacturing protocols and reports. Identify the unplanned deviation, properly documenting the actions.
- Write and/or review scientific and technical documentation, with full accountability of the presented data driving technical discussions with Clients.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or PhD in appropriate technical fields.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry in clinical manufacturing operations (GMP environment) are required.
- Good understanding of the Drug Product development and strong background in formulation and process development.
- Commitment to the assigned deadlines and ability to deliver tight deadlines.
- Effective communication, both verbally and in written form, to Sponsors as well as members of internal teams.
- Background in cGMP guidelines.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated exposure to the CRO/CMO environment.
- Demonstrated successful leadership, planning and organizational skills.
- Able to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Good time management and prioritisation capabilities. Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible and adaptable with an open-minded view and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of accountability for the outcome.
- Creative and solution -orientated thinking.
