Sunprime è un Independent Power Producer nel settore fotovoltaico in rapida crescita con sedi a Milano e Firenze. Sunprime è market leader nel segmento del mercato fotovoltaico italiano C&I - Commercial & Industrial - con una importante pipeline di progetti ed ambiziosi piani di investimento grazie anche al supporto dei propri soci, Noy Fund, il più grande fondo Infrastructure di Israele e Nofar-Energy, IPP quotato al TASE.
Al momento stiamo cercando una risorsa da inserire nel team Development come TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
La priorità del ruolo, nel breve termine, sarà quella di preparare e gestire pratiche edilizie e pratiche catastali.
Responsabilità
In particolare si occuperà di:
- Preparazione elaborati grafici e relazioni tecniche per pratiche edilizie (Inserimento impianti su cartografia territoriale, Sviluppo di piante e prospetti di edifici, etc)
- Preparazione e invio di pratiche edilizie su Sportelli Telematici SUE/SUAP (e.g. CILA, SCIA, PAS, AU etc, agibilità, depositi sismici) per la realizzazione di grandi impianti fotovoltaici a terra e/o su tetto;
- gestione comunicazioni con comuni, amministrazioni ed enti locali,
- paesaggistiche, Consultazione geo portali per analisi vincolistiche);
- Gestione pratiche catastali (frazionamenti ed accatastamenti);
Requisiti Minimi
- Diploma/Laurea técnica
- Buona padronanza nell’uso di CAD 2D;
- Esperienza lavorativa nella preparazione e gestione di pratiche edilizie,
- Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Office,
Requisiti Desiderati
- Esperienza di cantiere
- Conoscenza del settore Fotovoltaico
- Esperienza su pratiche Catastali.
