Per prestigiosa azienda cliente nel settore alimentari, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Customer Service Agent.
Il tuo nuovo ruolo
La risorsa supervisiona le attività garantendo ai clienti un servizio eccellente per quanto riguarda la gamma dei prodotti Food Service e Retail. Si assicura che l'inserimento degli ordini avvenga correttamente, gestisce tutti i processi di back office e logística degli stock, in collaborazione con il team Sales, risolvendo i problemi relativi dalla fase dell'ordine alla fase di fatturazione e garantendo che le spedizioni e la documentazione corretta siano inviate correttamente e arrivino entro i tempi richiesti. Lavora a stretto contatto con l'ufficio di contabilità seguendo le scadenze legate alle richieste, massimizzando i risultati.
Di cosa hai bisogno per avere successo
Il profilo ideale ha maturato almeno 1 anno di esperienza nella mansione, specialmente con la gestione di ordini di clienti Food Service, Retail e QSR e possiede un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Gradito utilizzo del gestionale SAP.
Cosa avrai in cambio
Si offre contratto a tempo determinato iniziale di 6 mesi. La retribuzione sarà commisurata in base all’esperienza pregressa.
