Customer Care Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for Drives Service products customers and business partners. Using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the Service team by reacting to customer inquiries.

**Responsabilities**:

- Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation.
- Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification.
- Delivering effective solutions to customers with queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue.
- Monitoring the status of services.
- Meet the Service Level Agreements (SLA’s);

**Requirements**:

- Optimistic attitude
- Customer-oriented
- Fluency in English and Italian, spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with prospects, customers, and colleagues
- An agile and proactive approach with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.
- Must be proactive, a team player, complete assigned tasks under strict deadlines and possess a “can do” attitude (MANDATORY);
- Availability to work night shifts on call, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of customer service.
