**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are seeking a creative and energetic Kid Center Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the children of our guests have a memorable, safe, and fun-filled experience. From engaging arts and crafts activities to exciting video game adventures, you will create a space where children can explore, play, and unwind while their parents enjoy the resort’s offerings.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ** Childcare & Activity Planning**: Organize and oversee daily activities for children, including arts and crafts, board games, console games, and kids-friendly movie screenings, ensuring a variety of engaging experiences tailored to different age groups.
- ** Interactive Play**: Supervise children in the video game arcade and console game area, ensuring safe play and assisting with games when needed.
- ** Creative Engagement**: Inspire creativity through arts and crafts sessions, guiding children in making memorable take-home souvenirs.
- ** Guest Communication**: Interact with parents to provide updates on their children's activities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both children and their families.
- ** Safety & Security**: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment within the Kid Center, ensuring all activities comply with safety regulations.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the resort’s guest services and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations of the Kid Center and to accommodate any special requests from parents.
- ** Event Participation**: Coordinate special kid-centered events, such as themed craft days or movie marathons, to keep the activities exciting and fresh throughout the guests’ stay.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Prior experience working with children in a similar role, such as childcare, camps, or activity coordination.
- A creative and energetic personality with a passion for working with children and ensuring their well-being.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both children and their parents.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
- A positive, patient, and caring attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to manage multiple activities at once, keeping children engaged in a variety of experiences.
