Within the AXA Group, AXA XL is the P&C and Specialty Risk division, specialized in managing complex industrial risks. We offer insurance coverage and services for medium-sized companies and multinationals, operating in over 200 countries. In the Operations department of AXA XL Italy, you will join the team that aims to provide a high-quality service, create and activate insurance coverage on complex risks. You will deal with brokers and clients of large companies, within an international dimension with the aim of solving contractual situations and every need of our customers at national and international level. You will have the opportunity to relate to all insurance departments from Underwriting, Commercial, Finance, and Claims, also communicating with our colleagues in other countries to activate insurance programs abroad.

- Manage and monitor the evolution of performance through the data provided by company systems, in terms of quality, speed and customer needs

This position reports to Operations Team Leader P&C, IFL - Italy

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

- Few years of experience in the Insurance sector
- Listen and communicate effectively, adapting to different stakeholders and changes proactively
- Organizational and planning skills for daily activities
- Use the Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Analytical skills: knowing how to analyze data and use it effectively to perform your analysis
- Focus on customers, understand and anticipate their needs to provide customized solutions
- Communicate and work in Italian and English
- Work in team with people with different skills, expertises, from different places and cultures to achieve collective goals
- Know the law and insurance regulatory system and underwriting procedures is a plus
- Adapt quickly to changes, show appetite for the unknown, learn in all circumstances
