**JOB DESCRIPTION**

EuroBusNetwork is a dynamic and extremely successful company that is re-starting after the pandemic years and is looking for Bus Planning Specialist role.

As a Bus Planning Specialist you will play a key role in delivering the highest quality trips in Europe.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in working with tourism suppliers (including bus companies) and knowledge of logistic of group tours.
- knowledge of how to negotiate contracts and implementing quality control
- Knowledge of European trip operations
- Experience in travel & business Europe
- An understanding of the global sales trends in travel
- English Proficiency, written and spoken

**OTHER SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**
- Ability to create strong working relationships with internal staff and external suppliers
- Ownership of all bus services confirmation and logistic.
- Process driven with ability to meet deadlines
- Efficient administration skills including a close attention to detail
- Understanding of cultural differences in the regions
- Flexible and thrive on change and challenge
- Team Building and Positive Attitude
- A willingness to work flexible hours to meet demand
- A commitment to internal and external customer satisfaction
- Strong negotiation skills
