If so, we invite you to join our team as a **Part-Time Property Manager** for our exclusive portfolio of luxury apartments in the heart of Florence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage bookings, check-ins, providing a warm and personalized welcome to all guests.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of luxury apartments, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning, maintenance, and repair services.
- Serve as a point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure all units are immaculate and guest-ready.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and report on property performance, including feedback from residents and guests.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Flexibility and Agility**: The ability to adapt to varying schedules and priorities is essential.
- **Mobility**:Being able to move autonomously and hastily around the city is a must.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Fluency in English and Italian is a must; additional languages are a plus.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- **Professionalism**: A polished demeanor and the ability to represent our brand with excellence.
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar role is desirable but not necessary.
