**The Role**

Intesa SpA (a Kyndryl group company) as part of its growth path and positioning as an accelerator of digital transformation projects, is looking for a **Technical Consultant**to be included in the Delivery area.

The sought-after profile will have to analyze the requirements of the project requests, in cooperation with the Product Owner he/she will define and describe the development tasks, monitor the progress of the team's tasks and guarantee quality and compliance with deadlines.

As a Technical Consultant at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offer, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.

Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Understanding and analysing customer requests (including internal ones) in order to translate them into backlogs for the team;
- Creating Epics/User Stories in collaboration with the Product Owner;
- Monitoring compliance with deadlines and team performance;
- Producing and maintaining technical documentationIdentifying and proposing technical and organizational improvement points

Required Technical and Professional Experience
- A minimum of **3 years of experience**in a comparable role within a software development environment
- Demonstrated **technical expertise in software development**, with a solid foundation in modern programming practices
- Experience with **relational and non-relational databases**, including hands-on knowledge of tools such as **Elasticsearch**:

- Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum methodologies**, or a strong willingness to adopt and grow within an agile framework
- Proven ability to **organize, plan, and manage tasks**effectively, with a structured and detail-oriented approach
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills**, capable of navigating complex technical challenges
- Effective **oral and written communication abilities**, with the capability to convey technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency in the **English language**, both written and verbal
