**R**ole**

Under the direct supervision of the Security Manager, a Security Coordinator is responsible for the protection of the hotel guests, staff, assets (tangible and intangible) and other resources by developing and maintaining an organization that is responsive to the current, continuing, and immediately foreseeable security, safety, and health/hygienic requirements off the hotel. Assists in designing and implementing a comprehensive security programme consistent with identified risks. Ensure an orderly and uninterrupted hotel work environment. Function as an asset protection advisor to the Hotel Management. Ensure that the organization operates strictly within legal and ethical parameters.

**R**esponsibilities**
- To ensure that the Brand is protected, and to model the purpose and values of Aman in the day-to-day operations.
- Project and impeccable professional, confident, efficient, and reassuring image to all hotel guests, patrons, visitors, and colleagues alike.
- Safeguard all information relating to the hotel, guests, and the company.
- Set a high departmental standards of professionalism ; conduct and behaviour by acting a perfect role model.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years as a supervisory level position for Security Officering / Security Department in an international luxury hotel.
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
- Verbal and written proficiency in Italian and English is preferred.
- Computer knowledge.
