For our HQ in Milan, we are looking for a **Junior Manufacturing Controller** to join our Finance Department.

For Buccellati Holding Italia, we are looking for a Junior Manufacturing Controller working for Finance team in partnership with Operations Teams. In this moment our Maison is experiencing a very special moment in the life of our Maison, a moment of exceptional development and growth.

Considering this fast paced evolution, we are looking for an enthusiastic member to join our Team, reporting to the Senior Industrial Controller, who’ll have the chance to experience and facilitate all the industrial controlling activities.

**What you’ll do**:

- Collaborate in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual manufacturing results.
- Responsible for closing activities as margin sales analysis by collection, product category, distribution sales.
- Keep in track stock value trend, production costs and any anomalies.
- Play an important role on digitalization process in industrial controlling.
- Identify and implement process improvements to guarantee data integrity and manufacturing reporting accuracy.
- Monitor and track the plant performances through the main manufacturing KPIs.
- Support on the SAP product costing project providing detailed cost analysis on jewelry and silver production creating a common guideline.
- Key role in the new standard costing definition during business plan process.
- Act as business partner: collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate and industrial budgets and forecasts.
- Guide operations team in the identification of potential cost reductions: action plan definition, tracking and measure of the impact in the P&L

**Who are you**:

- 2-3 YRs experience in similar role possibly in international environment or big four companies.
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Finance or related fields.
- Problem solving oriented and working by objective mindset.
- Previous experience on project management will be appreciated.
- Microsoft Office Suite mandatory, knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Italian is mandatory. Good knowledge of English language is required.
- Thinking out of the box
- Availability for travel within Italy and occasionally to Switzerland
