**Client Service Executive (Specialist)**

For our Brand Communication and Public Affairs service line (formerly Mapcom Consulting), we are looking for a Client Service Executive to manage the workflow, in order to respond proactively to the client's needs and requests.

**Your Job**
- Manage integrated communication campaigns (with particular focus on the development and management of promotional and educational events) for Pharma Companies
- Liaise with the various contacts (Clients, Suppliers, External Partners)
- Independently manage processing times and budgets

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor's/specialist degree in humanities, science or communication/marketing
- Knowledge of digital communication, social media and the main IT systems
- Excellent customer relationship skills and understanding/processing of received briefs
- At least 2/3 years of experience as an Account in communication agencies (experience in the health sector is a preferential title)
- Ability to independently manage the workflow to implement the processing requests for communication projects
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
