Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for Shockwave Medical Inc. a **Marketing Manager Italy**, to be located in **Italy**.

Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.

**Position overview**

This role would report directly to the Country Manager Italy and would have a dotted line to the International Marketing Director.

**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive market growth across Italy in both peripheral and coronary business.
- Customize global marketing strategies to fit the specific needs and dynamics of the Italian’ territory.
- Together with the International team, plan and manage product launches, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.
- Oversee and lead the Field Clinical Specialist team while coordinating clinical initiatives and efforts nationwide
- Work in partnership with regional leadership and reimbursement team to ensure optimum reimbursement for all Shockwave products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Manage the marketing budget for Italy, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Experience leading a field-based team.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution.
- Strong understanding of the Italian market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
