- Our R&D, Quality and Purchasing Area is looking for a In Process Quality Control Trainee in order to support the quality, food safety and aesthetics of the finished product in the production area and ensure adherence to the Technical Specification/Quality Standard of the raw material for packaging material and food raw material._

**_Tasks & Responsibilities_**
- _Support to the Production Area for quality problems or technical problems that can reduce the quality of the finished product;_
- _Control the correct implementation of quality assurance standards in production area;_
- _Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry requirements;_
- _Redact “not compliance” in the incoming area (packaging and food) and in the production area;_
- _Collaborate with Quality Assurance Office to investigate customer complaints and not-compliance issues;_

**Requirements**:

- _Degree in Food Science and Technology preferred_
- _Knowledge of Lean manufacturing_
- _Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power BI and database): intermediate level_
- _QA/GMP (concepts and methodologies) basic level_
- _Good written and oral communication_
- _Flexibility_
- _English knowledge: B1/B2 level_
- _Strong propensity for listening, attention to details and analytical skills_
- _Teamworking skills_
- _Proactivity_
