**Posizione**:
ADDETTO/A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPARE PARTS

la risorsa inserita in un Team strutturato si occuperà di:

- Gestire le richieste entranti dai vari canali aziendali (portali web e sito aziendale)
- Gestire le relazioni con i clienti
- Predisporre i Listini
- Supportare i commerciali esterni nella gestione della documentazione
- Gestione Lead
- Gestione dei rapporti col reparto logistico

**Requisiti**:

- esperienza pregressa di almeno 1 anno nella mansione
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello C1/C2
- Conoscenza pacchetto office
- Orientamento al cliente
- Capacità relazionali, di ascolto e empatia
- Esperienza, anche breve, nel ruolo o nel customer service
- Completano il profilo: pazienza, empatia, problem solving Dinamicità e proattività

Sarà considerato requisito preferenziale la conoscenza di una seconda lingua tra : Tedesco, Spagnolo, Francese
