The challenge

We are looking for an Opex & Productivity Controller to join our Finance team.

What you will do- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts, working closely with budget holders to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy- Expense Monitoring & Productivity Tracking: Track and analyze operating expenses, ensuring alignment with approved budgets. Identify and report on variances, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions. Monitor productivity KPIs across functions and collaborate with departments to drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement.- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports on OPEX, highlighting trends, variances, and areas of concern to management

What you need to succeed

Must have
- Education:_ Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields
- Professional experience:_ At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Language:_ Fluent in English
- Other_: Strong knowledge of SAP, financial reporting tools and excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Nice to have

Knowledge of Power BI
