As a member of the Marketing team in the role of Partnership Support, your mission is to assist the Partnership Manager in establishing profitable partnerships that drive revenue and enhance our projects and events. You will play a key role in identifying and fostering valuable collaborations that help our projects and clients achieve their full potential while contributing to business growth.

**Descrizione del lavoro**:
**Marketing and Commercial Support**

Identify and develop marketing opportunities and partnership initiatives with top global brands and assist in consultations to understand their needs and goals.

Support the process from market research and client outreach to final negotiations and partnership agreements.

Help foster relationships and find opportunities with internal teams (Field Marketing, On-Premise and Off-Premise).

Serve as the primary contact for Media Network.

**Data Support**

Use data and insights to craft compelling sales narratives.

Support essential reporting, data analysis, and preparation of presentations to showcase key insights and proposals.

**Event Management Support**

Assist in managing the partners in our events by coordinating with the internal teams and handling partner requests.

Support and manage event season, ensuring all activities are aligned and executed effectively.

Conduct scenario analysis and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifiche**:
Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Management, Economics or related field.

Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Communication and negotiation skills, with a dynamic and energetic work approach.

Fluent in English

Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with Photoshop or other graphic design software is a plus.
