An exciting opportunity has arisen to regarding the Sales team at Haier Europe. What you will do

Sales director will be responsible for the development of the kitchen manufacturers business for the entire brand portfolio of the company

ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Development and execution of the channel strategy
- consolidate and strengthen relationships with customers
- Management of the entire brand portfolio
- Management of KAM operating on the field
- Ensuring internal company functions give the highest level of customer service to local accounts
- Management of commercial policy according to the multi-channel approach
- Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts
- Investigating and resolving issues raised by local accounts
- Taking a proactive approach to account management
- Launch of new and strategic projects across all BI categories, defining priorities, KPI’s and methods of execution

What you need to succeed
- Economics or related field degree
- Built-In Domestic Appliances experience
- Fluent in English
- Clients management skills
- Sales and Business Development experience and proof of this
- People management experience and emotional maturity: coaching, development, and motivation
- Familiarity with Built-in Consumer Goods markets
- Established relationships with largest customers and retailers
- Leadership
- Highly developed organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously
- Availability to travel in Italy
