**Paper Sourcing Buyer EMEA**

**Why this is job for you**:
The Paper Buyer is supporting the Paper Sourcing Manager to procure the main raw material of the production process (containerboard paper) in all IP plants in EMEA, following IP purchasing policies and procedures, taking into direct and indirect integration strategy, account time, cost, quality and conditions required by stakeholders. The Paper Buyer is supporting the Sourcing Manager and supply chain team in evaluating and scouting paper suppliers using relevant KPIs and assure internal customer needs with innovative products, adding value for technical and administrative support.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Promoting IP culture of Safety and Care and adhering to elevate standards of Ethics & Compliance
- Assuring correct sourcing process for paper, keeping Replenishment Paper Tool updated
- Monitoring and implementing suppliers’ KPIs and scorecards
- Supporting to create new sourcing opportunities scouting and analyzing corrugated board market
- Participating in negotiations with key suppliers and support contract excellence
- Knowing, implementing and improving Global Sourcing procedures
- Assuring cooperation with local and corporate stakeholders
- Supporting process improvement and assuring corporate targets
- Maintaining hard data in SAP
- Price reduction/mitigation in VUCA environment and facing inflation
- Paper procurement pay process optimization

**You have**:

- Degree in Engineering or Economics or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Spanish, French or Italian would be an asset
- Knowledge of sourcing, supply chain, logistic and warehouse management
- Knowledge of SAP and technics of business analysis
- Ability to take into consideration different diverse points of view, culture and develop good relationships with stakeholders
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to travel up to 10%
