**Road Designer/ Drafting Technician**:
Main Responsibilities:

- Design of road alignment, longitudinal profiles, junctions, and parking lots
- Design and produce plans of road Signs and markings
- Create high-quality detailed technical drawings and plans based on designs supplied by architects and designers and make modifications to existing drawings
- Use a variety of CAD software programmes to create designs in 2D and 3D models
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and designers to understand their design requirements and provide technical advice
- Present working drawings for use in all stages of the project concept, detailed, tender and construction
- Provide accurate, detailed and to scale drawings
- Advice on improvements for road plans, infrastructure, and public realm design
- Support with the liaison with Clients and coordination with other Project Consultants

**Education**:
2-5 years of working experience in the domain of Road Design and Transportation planning

**Experience**:
Degree in Civil/Transport Engineering or equivalent

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Italian and English
- Proven ability to support all the phases of the project, from the pre-concept to the detailed design
- Experience with technical report production
- Deep knowledge of Local and International Road Design standards
- Secure handling of AutoCAD 2D
- Interest in mobility, transport planning, and design of infrastructure
- Experience in Autodesk Civil 3D is a plus
- Experience with GIS platforms is a plus
- Experience with BIM platforms is a plus
