**What you will be responsible for**:

- Update reports and documents on progress of administrative work
- Handle payroll calculations, and liaise with the relevant departments to ensure timely and smooth delivery
- Collection of receipts from DRC and RICB at the beginning of each month
- Liaise with Bhutan government's departments on employment and visa matters
- Handle logistic matters for the company, such as collection of parcels and any other administrative tasks as assigned

**How you will stand out**:

- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Good written and spoken English for communication with stakeholders
- Knowledge and experience working with Google Suite (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets) or Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience working with government stakeholders and departments
- Experience handling payroll and visa matters in Bhutan
