**Lecturer**:
Aim of the Position

Presents cultural conferences in different languages, in order to emphasize the most significant aspects of the visited sites according to the ship itinerary

**Main Responsibilities**:
Prepares detailed conferences, supported by images, to emphasize the most significant aspects of the visited sites, according to the ship itinerary and copyright laws (use of images and video)
Presents the conferences separately in each language spoken to provide full information to Guests (around 45 min.), in accordance with Company standards
Collects constant feedback from Guests in order to adjust the content and the quality of the lectures if needed
Proposes in a positive way, during lecturers, the excursions offered during the cruise, in order to maximize revenue opportunities
Interacts with Guests during social occasions to supply useful information on the ports of call and the cruise, in order to offer a satisfying cruise experience
Participates in various excursions (particularly full day in Egypt, Morocco, Saint Petersburg ) in order to escort Guests and support the Tour Department
Submits to the Company authorization any material foreseen to be used during the conferences, in order to respect all laws regarding the projection of images and protect Company reputation

**Job Requirements**:
University Degree
At least 1 year experience in the role of lecturer or similar position
Public speaking experience
Microphone techniques
Office knowledge
Four European languages fluency spoken, at least B2/C1
English knowledge C1
Italian knowledge is an advantage
Shipboard experience is a plus
