- Participation in team projects related to the manufacturing world
- Proactive cooperation to the design of to-be processes identifying process improvement and optimization opportunities
- Support to business project owners of the Industrial area

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related degree- 1/3 years experience gained in manufacturing, quality, continuous improvement and sustainability- Fluent English- Driving positive change in business operations- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with supply chain management software is a plus
