**Key responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for the creation of the 5-years Group business plan, quarterly forecast, participating and assisting the Group CFO and the Head of Planning & Controlling in M&A transactions.

You will analyse and present complex financial information, including navigating financial models.

Your responsibilities include: valuations and valuation reviews, cash flow modelling, analytical model reviews.

**Background/Skills**:

- University degree in the field of Finance, Accounting
- 3-4 years of valuation and business modelling experience (Big 4 is a plus)
- Strong interest in valuation
- Good PowerPoint, Excel and Word knowledge
- Reasonable understanding of concepts of accounting
- Strong understanding of financial modelling and valuation techniques
- Financial modeling skills, including experience building models from scratch in MS Excel. Exercise professional skepticism when verifying valuation estimates and assumptions because of their inherent nature
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills
- Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Thorough understanding and working knowledge of BOARD software (plus)
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Italian and English. Whilst not necessary, an additional language (Portuguese/Spanish) would be a plus.
- Real estate related knowledge (ideally)
