- Have experience in teaching English Language & Literature at middle/high school level
- Experience of teaching Individuals and Societies is a distinct advantage
- Be able to engage students at all levels
- Be willing to play an active part and collaborate with the other members of the middle school /high school department in the overall curriculum development
- Be committed to high standards, interested in using a constructivist approach to learning, and be enthusiastic about promoting international understanding.
Be expected to show a high level of initiative, flexibility, creativity, and organisational skills, as well as a commitment to co-curricular initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or above
- Qualified Teacher Status
- English Mother Tongue
- An English Literature background with relevant teaching experience is highly preferred
- Hold an EU passport or have already obtained the right to be employed in Italy.
- Knowledge and skills in ICT literacy
