Andersen è alla ricerca di un professionista da inserire all’interno del team tax di **Deal Structure & Due Diligence Services** presso la sede di **Roma**.

Sulla base del grado di specializzazione e dell’esperienza maturata, il collaboratore si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- tax due diligence e supporto fiscale nelle operazioni di M&A
- tax structuring
- tax review della documentazione legale predisposta ai fini del deal
- consulenza in materia di fiscalità di impresa domestica ed internazionale
- attività di ricerca e predisposizione di pareri e memo

Costituirà titolo preferenziale il conseguimento di un Master di specializzazione in diritto tributario ed una precedente esperienza in studi professionali internazionali e big4.

Si richiede capacità di lavorare in team, autonomia nella gestione dei progetti, fronting con cliente e gestione di risorse più junior.
