Join Vestas and become part of a growing team based in Taranto with a national and international scope, offering professional career development opportunities.** **Responsibilities** - Accountable for the execution of construction activities in alignment with company values and priorities. - Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout all site operations. - Coordinate and lead construction workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient site execution. - Monitor progress and performance to meet contractual requirements and project timelines. - Act as the communication link between field teams and senior managers, ensuring clear reporting of site status and challenges. - Oversee the full project cycle, from site execution preparation to project handover. - Anticipate and resolve emerging issues, promoting a proactive and solution-oriented approach. - Ensure proper construction methods and techniques are applied consistently across projects. - Support cost control efforts and contribute to budget adherence. - Prepare internal and external reports to update stakeholders on project progress. **Qualifications** - High school diploma or technical education; a background in construction management or a related field is a strong plus. - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction site and team supervision. - Solid knowledge of safety management procedures, electrical systems, delivery stations, and site equipment. - Previous experience in the wind energy sector is highly valued. - Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. - Proficient in the use of standard IT tools (MS Office, SAP). **Competencies** - Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - High safety awareness and ability to handle crisis situations effectively. - Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. - Organizational mindset and capacity to prioritize under pressure. - Problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously. - Detail-oriented and committed to quality standards and deadlines. **What we offer** We offer a dynamic and challenging role in a fast-growing international environment within the wind energy sector.
