**Descrizione**:
Il/La HR Business Partner (HRBP) avra’ la responsabilità di supportare la realizzazione e l’implementazione delle strategie aziendali. La persona garantira’ che le varie iniziative supportino l’attrazione, lo sviluppo e la retenzione dei dipendenti, definendo in modo proattivo le iniziative per migliorare le prestazioni aziendali e le operazioni del Gruppo.

**Responsabilita’**:

- Recruiting e onboarding: gestione dei processi di selezione per Hexagon Italia e gestione dell’onboarding per nuovi assunti
- Employer branding e contatti con universita’
- Development: riproduzione, implementazione e adattamento di attivita’ legate allo sviluppo aziendale lanciate a livello EMEA/Global
- Training: implementazione del “piano annuale di formazione”, inteso come gestione della raccolta di bisogni formativi, analisi, progettazione e valutazione della formazione e la relativa gestione Fondimpresa e Fondirigenti
- Business Partnering: gestione di assunzioni e licenziamenti, creazione di forti relazioni con i vari business leader agendo da consulente in merito ai vari processi HR
- Gestione reportistica e HRIS
- Relazione con enti HR Operations per specifiche attivita’

**Requisiti**:

- 3-5 anni di esperienza in ruolo simile in contesti strutturati
- Inglese fluente
- Familiarita’ con HRIS
- Buone conosenze del pacchetto MS Office
- Ottime capacita’ relazionali e comunicative
